Farmsafe WA was founded over ten years ago with the voluntary work of farmers and enthusiasm of other interested bodies. There is a national body,
Farmsafe Australia, and there are Farmsafe bodies in all states (except the Northern Territory).
In 2003 the constitution was reviewed and the Farmsafe WA Alliance was formed with all relevant stakeholders in Western Australia to create a peak network to effectively improve the health and safety of the agricultural community.
